Our only recourse to STOP these Taxes is for all San Antonio Heights and City of Upland Registered Voters and/or Property Landowners to fill out, mail or hand deliver the Official LAFCO 3216 Protest Form prior to the LAFCO Hearing scheduled Wednesday, June 14, 2017 6:00 p.m. at Upland City Hall. For your convenience, we have set up two locations that forms can be dropped off.

Citizens on Patrol is an all volunteer group sponsored through San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. Now in its 21st year of activity the group supplements the patrol by our sheriff's department.

This information is regarding LAFCO and the San Bernardino County Fire Department Annexation of Upland and San Antonio Heights into a new Fire Tax Zone FP-5. This Protest effort is NOT about Upland, SAH or your fire service or our firefighters.
Our committee continues to work on slowing traffic through our community and keeping our families safe.
